GRADE: Bexley Council 05 Points 051 to 054 – FTE Salary £28,521.00 to £28,929.00
Actual Salary including Outer London Allowance: £24,531.76 to £24,882.69
Blackfen School is a progressive and vibrant learning community that focuses on raising the aspirations and releasing the potential of every young person in our care.
In 2023, 67% of students in year 11 achieved five or more GCSE 9–4 grades, including at least a 4 in English and a 4 in Mathematics. Progress was also strong. At A level in 2023, 44% of grades were at A*-B. Similarly, high levels were achieved in Level 3 BTEC qualifications.
Our flourishing Sixth Form offers a wide range of courses at A level, as well as vocational level 2 and 3 courses.
Our Governors want to appoint an experienced, confident and reliable Behaviour Support Administrative Assistant who will join our Student Welfare Department.
Candidates will need:
Excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An organised and methodical approach.
Previous experience of working in a secondary school is preferred.
Candidates will need to be available to work from 8:00am to 16:00pm each day.
Successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Check.
